We will use our drones to light paint rock features, you can bring your ground DSLR camera or iPhone for long exposure photos of the Milkyway at certified Dark Sky locations.

Travel Arrangements: Participants need to arrange their own travel to Salt Lake City.  Once you touch down in Salt Lake City, all expenses for food, transportation, and lodging are covered.  (If you want to drive on your own and meet us in Moab that is ok too.)

Bring your own Drone(s) , Also bring your own DLSR and tripod for long exposure photos of the milky way. (If you have one)

Physical Requirements: This expedition involves some hiking. The plan is to do much of the flying from the roads. 

All Payments are non-refundable. 

I HIGHLY recommend Travel Insurance in case you need to cancel or if the trip is canceled for any reason: Policies can be found for around $150-300.

In the case that you need to cancel and don't have travel insurance, I can help you try to sell your ticket but can't make any guarantees. 

Part 107 is NOT required to participate. 

I will require a liability Waiver to be signed as well as a participant release form.

 We are not responsible for any additional costs or expenses incurred by participants in the event of trip cancellation.

Post-Enrollment: After you enroll, I'll reach out to discuss further details and the next steps. We'll also schedule pre-planning meetings via Zoom to ensure everyone is well-prepared for this incredible one-in-a-lifetime adventure!
